Helping Youth Discover Their Potential

Watts 360 Foundation provides youth with safe, positive outlets where they can develop life skills, build confidence, express themselves, and connect with mentors and peers. Our youth development activities focus on:

Emotional Regulation

Teaching youth healthy ways to understand, express, and manage emotions, handle stress, resolve conflict, and respond to challenges in positive ways.

Decision-Making

Helping youth understand consequences, evaluate choices, solve problems, and make responsible decisions that support their personal growth and future goals.

Personal Responsibility

Helping youth develop accountability, time-management skills, goal-setting habits, healthy routines, and an understanding of how their choices impact themselves and others.

Career & Life Exploration

Exposing youth to career pathways, life skills, educational opportunities, financial awareness, and real-world experiences that help them explore their interests and prepare for future success.

Leadership

Helping youth build confidence, take initiative, set goals, and develop the skills needed to become positive leaders in their communities and schools.

Teamwork

Creating opportunities for youth to collaborate, build trust, respect different perspectives, resolve disagreements, and work together toward shared goals.

Communication

Strengthening verbal and interpersonal communication skills, active listening, self-expression, and the ability to communicate respectfully (and effectively) with peers, adults, and community members.

Creativity

Encouraging self-expression, curiosity, and creative problem-solving through hands-on activities, projects, and experiences.

Our Programs

Every young person deserves opportunities to learn, grow, explore their interests, and imagine a future beyond their current circumstances. Our goal isn't simply to keep young people busy. It's to help them discover who they are and who they can become.

Environmental Enrichment

Youth are able to explore different pathways through direct immersion. This includes fieldtrips and direct mentorship from professionals from various backgrounds.

Peer Mentorship

Youth are connected with older youth and community members for direct support. Mentors help youth navigate various obstacles and challenges.

Reflection Circle

Safe spaces for youth to have serious (or light-hearted) conversations about themselves, the community, and current events.

Goal Setting & Resilience

Individual and group talks focused on helping youth set goals for their future and nurturing resilience.
